Leadership

Joe Porter, a native of the Washington DC area and a graduate from the College of Charleston, is an active Real Estate Investor and managing partner of Lighthouse Real Estate Services, LLC where he is responsible for the acquisition, management, and improvement of a highly successful and growing real estate portfolio.

Throughout his career, Joe has continually performed deal-based analysis of potential investment opportunities and presented thousands of offers to purchase residential real estate. Altogether, Joe brings extensive experience conducting comprehensive due diligence reviews and a distinguished network of lending officials, home inspectors, contractors, and appraisers to the Southern Shores team.

His hands on approach to the management of the deal cycle from proposal to closing and his personable working style will put you at ease throughout your real estate experience
